Dynamic Reformer Pilates

Private Classes with Caitlin will ensure correct technique with targeted goals are achieved. This style of Dynamic Pilates is designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned and strong muscles quickly. Based on a principle of isolating the stabilising muscle & then working them to fatigue in a range of progressive exercises. Expect a combination of classic reformer exercises and elements of weight/circuit training.

Classical Mat Pilates

All levels are welcome with a variation of layers & progressions you can choose to take. This style of Pilates includes a fluid mobilising warm up, 8 main classical Pilates exercises for a full body core-conditioning work out and finally a cool down/relaxation to destress the mind. Designed to strengthen your core and improve posture through our continuous flowing execution of Pilates exercises.
